Wow, what a challenge and encouragement. Scary also to see how far we have come from then. More pondering and prayer required on this I think. May have to listen that again as well. Thanks Mark.

no worries natwoz! yes, that would have been 1980 when it was preached. Mike Greenaway has the whole DVD of that sermon and I’d definitely encourage you to ask him for it!

Wow so that is Francis Schaeffer. What an outstanding, courageous voice against the ignorance/cowardice of modern Christians!
I like how he called upon Christians in all vocations to defend the word, not just clergy. What a call to responsibility. Definitely a man with passion but more importantly a message “wake up, listen, the Bible is speaking!”
